If you came here looking for a JobNimbus price tag, here’s the blunt truth: there isn’t one. JobNimbus pricing is quote-based across all four plan tiers. Every plan card on the vendor’s pricing page carries the same two words: request pricing. That doesn’t mean you have to walk into the sales call blind. We broke down the plan caps, the fine print and the add-ons so you know what you’re buying and where the extra costs hide.
Quick Answer
JobNimbus does not publish prices. As of September 2026 it sells four plan tiers: Essentials (up to 3 users), Pro (up to 10), Premium (up to 19) and Enterprise (20+). All four are priced by quote, with a 14-day free trial and no credit card required. Your bill depends on your tier, how many users you need (and possibly their roles), and optional add-ons like the Engage texting bundle.

RSG Verdict
JobNimbus is a flexible roofing CRM with generous “unlimited” features on every plan. But quote-based pricing and hard user caps mean a 4-person or 11-person company gets bumped into the next tier. Get a written quote for your exact seat mix before you sign.
The Short Answer: JobNimbus Pricing Is Quote-Based and Not Publicly Listed
You won’t find a dollar figure anywhere on JobNimbus’s pricing page. Each tier sends you to a pricing request form instead.
JobNimbus’s own FAQ explains why. Contracting businesses vary by team size, workflow, integrations and support needs, so the company says your quote should match your setup. That’s the official line.
Our take: quote-based pricing isn’t a scam, but it shifts leverage to the sales rep. You can’t compare JobNimbus to a competitor at a glance, and you can’t tell whether the shop down the road got a better deal. That’s why we care about the published parts (plan caps, add-on terms and the few prices JobNimbus does print) more than any number a rep quotes you on the phone.
One more thing before we start. A lot of articles still describe JobNimbus plans called “Growing” and “Established.” If you’re searching for the JobNimbus Growing plan cost or the JobNimbus Established plan, those names do not appear on the current pricing page as of September 24, 2026. The current lineup is Essentials, Pro, Premium and Enterprise. For the full feature breakdown beyond pricing, see our JobNimbus review.
JobNimbus Plans in 2026: What Each Tier Includes
Here’s the current structure, pulled from JobNimbus’s plan comparison table. No tier shows a price.
| Feature | Essentials | Pro | Premium | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Users | Up to 3 | Up to 10 | Up to 19 | 20+ |
| Project boards | 3 | 5 | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Active automations | 10 | 30 | 100 | Unlimited |
| Integrations | Max 2 | Max 5 | Unlimited ✓ | Unlimited ✓ |
| Locations | Not supported | Up to 2 | Up to 5 | Unlimited ✓ |
| Implementation | Standard | Standard | Premium | Premium |
| Support | Standard, account manager | Standard, account manager | Premium support with SLAs, account manager | Technical account manager, premium-grade support |
| Price | Quote | Quote | Quote | Quote |
What every plan includes: unlimited Contacts, Estimates, Documents, eSign, Reports and Insights, Invoices, financing options, supplier integrations, the QuickBooks integration and JobNimbus Payments. API and webhooks are unlimited on every tier, too.
What’s actually gated: five things. Users, boards, active automations, integrations and locations. Support level and implementation also step up at Premium.
Here’s the part most buyers get wrong. Reports and Insights are listed as unlimited on every package. So the Insights dashboards are not, by themselves, a reason to buy a bigger plan. The real pressure points are the user cap and the integration cap.
One more inconsistency to flag: the comparison table JobNimbus shows on phones lists Pro integrations as “Max 5+” and gives Premium a technical account manager, while the desktop table says “Max 5” and lists a technical account manager only on Enterprise. Ask your rep which terms go in your contract.
JobNimbus Cost Per User: How the Three-Layer Pricing Structure Works
Does JobNimbus charge per user? Yes, but not as one simple flat price per seat. JobNimbus’s pricing FAQ says your price depends on the plan you choose, the number of users you need and any add-ons. Another version of the same FAQ on its pricing page goes further and describes a three-layer pricing structure.
- Layer 1: The account-based CRM price. That version describes an account-based price for the CRM that covers the core features for your whole team. Your plan tier (Essentials, Pro, Premium or Enterprise) sets what that account unlocks.
- Layer 2: Role-based seats. On top of that, it describes “role-specific Project Management pricing for Admin, Sales, and Field team members.” If your quote uses it, this role-based seat pricing (Admin, Sales, Field) is what drives JobNimbus pricing per user.
- Layer 3: Add-ons. Optional extras: the Marketing Bundle, the Communications Bundle (Engage) and paid Professional Services for hands-on setup.
The same FAQ also says each plan “supports up to a set number of users.” You can add or remove users any time, as long as you stay under the cap. Need more? You upgrade to the next tier.
So per-user pricing shows up twice. Once as role-priced seats, and once as a hard ceiling on headcount per tier. The two versions of the FAQ describe seats differently, so ask your rep exactly which model your quote uses.
This is why team composition matters as much as headcount. Two 8-person companies can get very different quotes. One might be three office staff and five field techs. The other might be one admin and seven sales reps. JobNimbus doesn’t publish which role costs more. Make the rep price every role on its own line so you can see where the money goes.
What’s the JobNimbus Monthly Price? Cost Scenarios by Team Size
We can’t give you a JobNimbus monthly price, because JobNimbus doesn’t publish one. Anyone printing a specific dollar figure for these plans is guessing or working from an old quote. What we can show is which tier your team lands in and which caps you’ll hit first. That’s what decides the size of your quote.
| Team | Plan It Fits | Example Seat Mix | Software Price | Cap to Watch |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Solo owner-operator | Essentials | 1 Admin | Quote | 2 integrations, 10 automations |
| 4-person shop | Pro | 1 Admin, 2 Sales, 1 Field | Quote | Essentials caps at 3 users |
| 8-person company | Pro | 2 Admin, 3 Sales, 3 Field | Quote | 5 boards, 5 integrations |
| 12-person company | Premium | 2 Admin, 5 Sales, 5 Field | Quote | Pro caps at 10 users |
| 22-person, multi-branch | Enterprise | Varies by branch | Quote | Premium caps at 19 users and 5 locations |
The plan-fit trap is the jump points. Hire your 4th person and you’re off Essentials. Hire your 11th and you’re off Pro. Hire your 20th and you’re into Enterprise. If you’re at 3, 10 or 19 users and planning to grow this year, price the next tier now so the upgrade doesn’t surprise you mid-season.
Where we can show real numbers: marketing. JobNimbus’s Marketing Hub is the one piece with published pricing (current beta pricing, billed monthly, per location):
- Base: $499/mo per location, no long-term commitment.
- Base Plus: $999/mo per location, 3-month minimum. That’s $2,997 committed before you can walk ($999 x 3).
- Initiative: $1,499+/mo per location, 3-month minimum.
- Extra locations: +$150/mo each on every tier. Two locations on Base run $649/mo ($499 + $150).
Usage is billed on top: $0.0087 per text, $0.0007 per email, $0.0089 per inbound call minute and $0.0147 per outbound minute. Those are small. Two thousand texts cost $17.40 (2,000 x $0.0087). Ad spend is the big one. It’s billed separately and paid to the platforms, and JobNimbus says it typically runs $1,000 to $2,000+ a month depending on the initiative.
Build your own JobNimbus cost calculator. Since there’s no calculator on the vendor’s site, write these lines down before the call: plan tier, number of Admin seats, Sales seats, Field seats, each add-on, Professional Services (if any), your card processing rate, and the monthly cost of every outside integration. Then run the total through our true margin calculator to see what the software really costs you per job.
JobNimbus Add-Ons and Bundles: What They Cost and Who Needs Them
JobNimbus lists two add-on bundles. Both say “Request pricing.”
Communications Bundle (Engage). Engage is JobNimbus’s built-in texting tool for automated, two-way communication with customers and crews. The bundle is marked “for current JobNimbus customers only,” so it’s sold on top of a core subscription, not on its own. JobNimbus Engage pricing isn’t published. Ask for it on the same quote as your plan so you’re not negotiating it separately later.
AssistAI call handling. JobNimbus’s help center describes AssistAI as an AI-powered phone answering service so you never miss a call. It has its own section in the help center, separate from Engage, and no price is published, so ask your rep whether it comes with a bundle or costs extra.
Marketing Bundle. Two paths: a fully managed service (websites, SEO and paid ads run by a dedicated team) or the built-in marketing system, which JobNimbus labels beta. The published Marketing Hub prices above give you a baseline for that conversation.
What’s not an add-on: supplier ordering. Supplier integrations come with every plan. That includes ABC Supply. ABC Supply announced the integration in July 2024: pricing from your local ABC Supply branches, ABC Supply products inside the estimate builder, ordering from local branches and delivery status notifications. JobNimbus also lists QXO and SRS integrations. For a roofer buying from those suppliers, this is real value you don’t pay extra for.
Our advice: roofers running storm volume or heavy lead flow should price Engage. Small retail shops can usually skip the Marketing Bundle until the core CRM is running clean.
JobNimbus Hidden Fees and Real Costs Most Buyers Don’t Ask About
JobNimbus is upfront about one thing: there are no required setup or onboarding fees. The costs below are what actually show up after you sign.
Payment processing fees
JobNimbus Payments is listed as “unlimited” on every plan. Unlimited use is not free use. The pricing page doesn’t print the credit card processing rate, and JobNimbus’s help center has a separate “Fees and Transactions” section for JobNimbus Payments.
Here’s why that matters on a roof. Every 1% of processing fee on a $15,000 job is $150. Across 100 jobs a year at that size, each percentage point is $15,000. Get every payment method’s rate in writing before you sign, and compare it to what you pay your current processor.
Professional Services
Essentials and Pro get standard implementation. Premium and Enterprise get premium implementation. If you want hands-on help migrating data, building custom Workflows or connecting integrations, JobNimbus sells paid Professional Services. So there are no JobNimbus setup fees on paper, but a messy migration can still cost you money.
Integration costs
Two costs stack here. First, the plan cap: Essentials allows 2 integrations and Pro allows 5. Connect CompanyCam and EagleView on Essentials and you’re already out of room for Zapier. The pricing page lists QuickBooks and supplier integrations separately as included on every plan, but confirm with your rep which connections count against the cap.
Second, the partner tools bill you on their own. CompanyCam’s Core plan runs $79/mo billed monthly or $63/mo billed annually. EagleView’s Bid Perfect residential report is $18 at the Bronze, Silver and Gold levels. Zapier bills separately on its own plans. None of that is on your JobNimbus invoice, but all of it is part of your real cost.
The QuickBooks gap
The QuickBooks Online sync is two-way and configurable, but expenses do not sync. That means work orders, material orders and bills paid. If you track job costs in JobNimbus, budget bookkeeper time to re-enter expenses in QuickBooks.
Photo storage and price stability
JobNimbus’s pricing page doesn’t mention photo storage limits. If you document every tear-off, ask about storage during the trial.
And because prices aren’t public, there’s no published baseline to check your renewal against. JobNimbus offers monthly or annual agreements. If you go annual, get the renewal terms in writing.
When to Upgrade Your JobNimbus Plan
These are the signs you’ve outgrown your tier, based on the published caps:
- You’re hiring past the cap. Your 4th, 11th or 20th user forces an upgrade.
- You need another integration. A third connected tool on Essentials, or a sixth on Pro.
- You’re opening a second branch. Essentials doesn’t support multi-location at all. Pro stops at 2 locations, and Premium at 5.
- Your automations are maxed. If you’re turning rules off to make room for new ones, the cap is costing you time.
- You’re out of boards. Separate boards for retail, insurance and repairs eat up Essentials’ 3 fast.
What’s not a reason to upgrade: the Insights dashboards, supplier ordering or QuickBooks. Those are on every plan. The pricing page doesn’t list Profit Tracker or Material Orders as tier-gated features either, so confirm that on your quote before paying for a jump.
One caution. Some users say the interface feels cluttered when you’re managing a lot of jobs. Clean up your workflows before you add seats. Adding people to a messy setup just multiplies the mess.
What’s New in JobNimbus in 2026 That Affects Pricing Value
Here’s what has shipped and what’s still in beta, and how each one changes the value of what you’re paying for.
Profit Tracker and Material Orders (already live). Profit Tracker pulls in signed estimates, material orders and work orders to show planned versus actual profit, and it tracks sales commissions (Planned Revenue, Planned Profit or Flat Fee). Two catches: only documents created after January 1, 2024 can be imported, and an estimate has to be fully signed first, which locks it from editing.
ABC Supply integration (announced July 2024). You get pricing from your local ABC Supply branches inside your estimates, included on every plan.
Insights dashboards. The Business Overview Dashboard filters by sales rep, job type and lead source. The Accounts Receivable Dashboard groups overdue invoices by how long they’re overdue, from 1 to 30 days up to 91+ days. The Workflow Insights Dashboard shows the average time jobs spend in each status and can email you reports on a schedule. Since Reports and Insights are unlimited on all plans, these add value at every tier.
AI. JobNimbus’s AI is limited to a beta assistant. JobNimbus Scout is marked BETA on the pricing page (September 2026), and NimbusLabs opened early access in August 2026 with features that aren’t generally available yet. Don’t pay a premium today for AI you can’t use yet.
Funding. Sumeru Equity Partners put $330 million into JobNimbus in late 2024, with existing investor Mainsail Partners staying on. That’s plenty of money for product work. It doesn’t guarantee your price stays flat, so lock your terms in writing.
Want to see what’s coming before you pick a tier? JobNimbus’s Rollout event (live on May 28, 2026, with a replay when you register) demos features still in beta and gives a first look at the product roadmap.
JobNimbus Pricing vs. AccuLynx, Buildertrend, ServiceTitan and Jobber
Most comparison posts on this topic are written by competitors selling their own software. Here’s the neutral version, limited to what each vendor actually publishes.
| Product | Pricing Model | Published Price | Seat Model | RSG Score |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| JobNimbus | Quote, 4 tiers | None | User caps per tier plus role pricing | 8.6 RSG Silver |
| AccuLynx | Quote, Pro and Elite | None | Not published | 9.1 RSG Gold ✓ |
| Buildertrend | Custom quote | None | Unlimited users | 7.7 RSG Bronze |
| ServiceTitan | Request pricing, 3 packages | None | Per technician (rate not published) | 7.8 RSG Bronze |
| Jobber | Published, 4 plans | Core: $49/mo monthly, $29/mo billed annually (1 user) | 1, 5, 10 and 15-user tiers | 8.3 RSG Silver |
JobNimbus vs AccuLynx: Both use quote-based pricing, so neither gives you a sticker price to compare. AccuLynx sells two plans (Pro and Elite) to JobNimbus’s four, and it scores higher overall in our ratings. If you want our top-rated roofing CRM and can negotiate, get quotes from both. Our AccuLynx vs JobNimbus comparison covers features head to head.
JobNimbus vs Jobber pricing: Jobber is the only one here that prints its prices. A solo roofer can see the Core cost before ever talking to sales. JobNimbus earns a 9.2 roofing-specific subscore from us, and its supplier integrations are built for roofers. See JobNimbus vs Jobber for roofers for the full fit analysis.
Buildertrend and ServiceTitan: Buildertrend advertises unlimited users. That’s a real advantage past 19 users, which is where JobNimbus pushes you into Enterprise. ServiceTitan is quote-only across Starter, Essentials and The Works. We break down its costs in our ServiceTitan pricing guide for roofers.
Our call: a published price helps small shops. Quote-based vendors reward buyers who show up with competing quotes. If you’re a 10+ person company, get at least two quotes before signing anything.
Is JobNimbus Worth the Price? Honest Pros, Cons, and What Users Say
Pros
- Every plan includes unlimited contacts, estimates, invoices, JobNimbus Payments, financing, supplier integrations and QuickBooks
- No required setup or onboarding fees
- 14-day free trial, no credit card required
- Monthly or annual agreements, so you’re not forced into a long contract
- ABC Supply, QXO and SRS supplier integrations on every tier
- Profit Tracker handles job costing and sales commissions
Cons
- No published prices on any tier or add-on bundle
- Hard user caps (3, 10, 19) force tier jumps
- Essentials allows only 2 integrations and no multi-location
- QuickBooks Online sync skips expenses (work orders, material orders, bills paid)
- Profit Tracker only imports fully signed estimates (which then lock) and documents created after January 1, 2024
- AI is limited to a beta assistant
So, is JobNimbus worth it? For most roofing and exterior shops under 20 people, yes, as long as your quote comes in reasonable and you plan around the caps. Pricing Value is its lowest subscore in our ratings at 7.4. That’s mostly because you can’t judge value when you can’t see the price. (Here’s how we score.)
Users report real friction. Reviewers mention glitches and long load times when looking up contacts or converting estimates into invoices. The mobile app draws complaints about slow performance, crashes, and reporting, board views and document access that are harder to reach than on desktop.
Support gets mixed marks. Many users call it helpful, while others describe slow responses on urgent problems.
How to Get the Best JobNimbus Pricing: Free Trial, Negotiation Tips, and Next Steps
Here’s how to walk away with a better deal on JobNimbus pricing:
- Stress-test the 14-day free trial. No credit card required, so there’s no risk. Upload a full job’s worth of photos. Create several invoices back to back and watch the numbering. Convert an estimate to an invoice. Run the whole thing on a crew member’s phone.
- Request pricing for your exact seat mix. List every Admin, Sales and Field user by name. Make the rep price each role on its own line.
- Quote the add-ons now. Ask for the Engage add-on and any AssistAI cost on the same quote as your plan, not after you’ve signed.
- Get processing rates in writing. Card rates for JobNimbus Payments, plus any per-transaction fee.
- Ask which integrations count against your cap. This matters most on Essentials and Pro.
- Compare monthly vs annual terms. JobNimbus offers both. Ask what the annual commitment saves and what renewal looks like.
- Ask about Professional Services. Find out what’s included free with your tier and what’s paid.
- Watch the JobNimbus Rollout replay. See the beta features and roadmap before choosing a tier.
Final Verdict: Is JobNimbus Worth the Price in 2026?
JobNimbus fits roofing, restoration, solar, gutter and siding contractors who want a flexible CRM with board-style project management and supplier ordering built in. The “unlimited” core features on every plan are a genuine strength. The hard user caps and the 2-integration limit on Essentials are the catch.
Your total cost comes down to three things: your tier, your seat roles and the add-ons you pick. Nobody can quote it for you but JobNimbus.
If you’re a 2 to 10 person roofing shop that buys from ABC Supply, QXO or SRS, get a JobNimbus quote. If you’re a larger roofing company that wants our highest-rated CRM, get quotes from both JobNimbus and AccuLynx and make them compete. If you need a published price before you’ll talk to anyone, look at Jobber or our JobNimbus alternatives roundup. For more head-to-heads, browse Roofing Software Guide.
What Contractors Are Asking
“I’ve got 4 people. Am I stuck paying for Pro?”
Based on the published caps, yes. Essentials tops out at 3 users, and Pro covers up to 10. Ask the rep to price your role mix on both plans so you can see exactly what the fourth person costs.
“Can I get Engage texting on day one?”
The Communications Bundle is marked for current JobNimbus customers only, so it rides on top of a core plan. Ask for it on your original quote so you sign both together and negotiate once.
“Will my job costs flow into QuickBooks?”
Not the expenses. The QuickBooks Online sync is two-way, but work orders, material orders and bills paid do not sync. Plan on your bookkeeper entering those separately.
“Do I have to sign a yearly contract?”
No. JobNimbus offers monthly or annual agreements depending on your plan and onboarding needs. Monthly gives you an exit if the trial period didn’t reveal a problem.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does JobNimbus cost?
JobNimbus doesn’t publish prices. All four tiers (Essentials, Pro, Premium and Enterprise) are quote-based. Your price depends on your plan, how many users you need (and possibly their roles), and any add-ons.
Does JobNimbus have a free trial?
Yes. JobNimbus offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Use it to test photo uploads, invoicing and the mobile app before you buy.
What is included in JobNimbus pricing?
Every plan includes unlimited contacts, estimates, documents, eSign, reports and Insights, invoices, financing options, supplier integrations, the QuickBooks integration, JobNimbus Payments, and API and webhooks. Higher tiers add more users, boards, active automations, integrations, locations and support.
Is JobNimbus worth it for roofing companies?
For most roofing and exterior shops under 20 users, yes. We give it an RSG Score of 8.6 (RSG Silver) with a 9.2 roofing-specific subscore. Just plan around the user caps, and get processing rates and add-on prices in writing.
What are the hidden costs of JobNimbus?
The main ones are payment processing fees (rates aren’t on the pricing page), paid Professional Services for hands-on setup, add-on bundles, and separate subscriptions for integrated tools like CompanyCam, EagleView and Zapier. There are no required setup fees.
How does JobNimbus pricing compare to Jobber and AccuLynx?
AccuLynx is also quote-based, with Pro and Elite plans. Jobber publishes its prices: Core for one user is $49/mo with no commitment or $29/mo billed annually. JobNimbus sits with AccuLynx in the quote-only camp.
Does JobNimbus charge per user?
Yes. Each plan caps how many users you can have (3, 10, 19 or 20+), and the price depends on how many users you need. One version of JobNimbus’s pricing FAQ also describes role-specific pricing for Admin, Sales and Field users on top of an account-based CRM price, so ask your rep whether your quote prices seats by role.
RSG Verdict
JobNimbus earns its spot as a flexible roofing CRM: unlimited core features on every plan, supplier ordering built in and no required setup fees. Its weak spot is pricing you can’t see and user caps that force tier jumps. Get a written, role-by-role quote, and make it compete with AccuLynx.
