Ten years ago, my “tech stack” was a clipboard and a FatMax tape measure. Efficiency meant driving faster between estimates.
As my company scaled, the cracks showed. I spent Sundays wrestling with spreadsheets instead of being with my family because our software didn’t actually “solve” roofing problems.
I built Roofing Software Guide to be the resource I wish I had in 2018. I speak the language of a 10/12 pitch, and I understand that a 3% margin error is the difference between making payroll and taking out a loan.
